Can I return my order?

If you placed your order through soicopenhagen.com, we offer the opportunity to return it. You have the right to return your product in the opened, original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note, at this time we do not offer exchanges, unless the goods are faulty, or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size, color or another style you will need to place a new order.

If you have bought your item from a Soï dealer, please reach out to the corresponding dealer for refund or exchange.
