How do I return my order?

Products should be returned to Soï's Headquarter at Jomsborgvej 21, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark.

• Please note that you will bear the cost of return unless your product is faulty.
• Customers are responsible for any lost parcel when returning products to Soï.

We will process your request as soon as we receive your parcel, and you will receive an email notification shortly after. Please expect a refund within 14 days from when we process your return.

• If your order has been sent with non-standard delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded unless the item is faulty, or wrong item is delivered.
• We reserve the right to deduct depreciation from the return amount if the product is not in its original conditions.
